direction_arrows
Customize the arrows used for directional messages such as join, part, quit, kick, and CTCP messages.

Arrow shown for left-facing events.

adapt_metadata_colors
Whether to adapt metadata colors to the configured theme (only applies if "color" has been specified for nickname or nicklist_nickname). Will modify colors from what the user has specified as their color metadata to ensure legibility and better fit in with the configured theme. If set to "illegible" then only colors determined to not be readable will be modified.
